Installation

Step 1

Install Pre Requisites

sudo apt update
sudo apt install git build-essential curl jq lz4 --yes

wget https://go.dev/dl/go1.20.1.linux-amd64.tar.gz
tar -C /usr/local -xzf go1.20.1.linux-amd64.tar.gz
rm go1.20.1.linux-amd64.tar.gz

Step 2

Install Airchains Node

https://snapshot.airchains.safeblock.space/junction-binary/v0.1.0/junctiond
chmod +x junctiond
sudo mv junctiond /usr/local/bin

Step 3

Create Background Service

sudo tee /etc/systemd/system/junctiond.service > /dev/null << EOF

[Unit]
Description=Airchains Node
After=network-online.target

[Service]
User=$USER
ExecStart=/url/local/bin/junctiond start
Restart=always
RestartSec=3
LimitNOFILE=10000

[Install]
WantedBy=multi-user.target
EOF

Enable Airchains Node In Background

sudo systemctl enable junctiond

Step 4

Initialize Airchains Node

junctiond init "your node name" --chain-id junction

Set Gas Price

sed -i 's|^minimum-gas-prices *=.*|minimum-gas-prices = "0.0026amf"|g' $HOME/.junction/config/app.toml

Get Genesis

wget https://snapshot.airchains.safeblock.space/genesis.json -P $HOME/.junction/config

Step 5

Start by StateSync or Snapshot

Start Airchains Node

sudo systemctl start junctiond && sudo journalctl -fu junctiond -o cat
